Who we are

This site is operated by Triasia Global Pvt Ltd, a translation company based in New Delhi. We also run a separate interpretation business under the TriasiaGlobal name; this site covers document translation only.

Your document is handled by a team of professional translators and native linguists working in their own language pairs, and every certified translation is checked before it is signed. We do not machine-translate a document and certify the output — the certification is a statement that a competent person has read both versions and stands behind the result.

Our certifications

We are independently certified by RCS Cert against two international standards. The certificate numbers are below so you can verify them rather than take our word for it.

ISO 17100 is the standard written specifically for translation providers. It covers translator competence, revision by a second person, and the processes around handling a job — which is the part that matters when your document is going to decide a visa.

What our certification actually means

India has no single government register of sworn translators, which is why the words used around this service are so inconsistent. When we certify a translation, we are making a formal, signed statement that the translation is complete and accurate to the best of our knowledge, on our letterhead, with our contact details and the translator's name, so that the receiving authority can come back to us if they have a question.

That is what almost every visa office, university and employer means when they ask for a "certified translation". It is not the same as notarisation, and it is not the same as apostille. We explain the difference on the services page, and we will tell you which one your authority is actually asking for before you pay for anything.

What we do not claim

We are not appointed, approved or empanelled by any government department, and neither is any private translation company in India that tells you otherwise. What exists is a translation that a given authority accepts, which depends on that authority's own rules. Any agency promising you universal government approval is describing something that does not exist.

We also cannot guarantee that a specific consulate will accept a specific document, because consulates change their requirements and occasionally apply them inconsistently. What we can do is prepare the document in the format that authority requires, and correct it without charge if it is rejected because of an error on our side.

How your documents are handled

The documents people send us are among the most sensitive they own: passports, bank statements, medical records, court orders. We do not publish customer documents as samples, we do not pass files to third parties beyond the translator working on them, and we delete files on request.
