Send us the document

A clear photo of your document is enough for a quote. There is no form to fill in — WhatsApp or email is faster for both of us.

What to send

  1. A photo or scan of every page of the document, including the reverse if anything is printed there.
  2. The language you need it translated into.
  3. Which country and organisation will receive it — the consulate, university, employer or court. This matters more than anything else, because it determines whether you need certification, notarisation or apostille.
  4. Your deadline, if you have one.

The spelling of names is the single most common cause of rejection. If the name on your passport differs at all from the name on the certificate — an initial expanded, a surname first, a different transliteration — tell us, and send the passport page so we can handle it deliberately rather than guess.

What happens next

You get a fixed price and an estimated delivery date in writing before any work starts. If we think you have been asked for something you do not need, or something that will not be accepted, we will say so at this point rather than after you have paid.

A note on sending sensitive documents

You are about to send a passport or a bank statement to a company you found on the internet. Before you do that — with us or anyone else — check that the business has a verifiable address and a working phone number, and read what it says about how it stores and deletes your files. Ours is in our privacy policy.
