What we commit to
A complete and accurate translation of the document you send us, certified in the form we agreed, delivered by the date we quoted. If we are going to miss that date we will tell you as soon as we know, not on the day.
What we cannot promise
We cannot guarantee that a particular authority will accept a particular document. Requirements are set by them, change without notice, and are sometimes applied inconsistently between offices. We prepare documents in the format and certification the authority has specified; we do not control their decision.
Corrections
If a translation is returned because of an error on our part — a mistranslation, a missing element, a certification that does not match what was agreed — we correct it at no charge and as a priority. If it is returned because the authority wants something different from what you asked us for, we will quote for the change.
Source documents
We translate what you send. If the source document itself contains an error, we translate the error and note it rather than silently correcting it, because a translation that does not match the original will be rejected. Correcting the source document is a matter for its issuing authority.
Payment
Quoted before work starts. We do not begin until you have approved the price and the estimated delivery date.
