What we collect
The documents you send for translation, and the contact details you use to send them. We do not ask for anything else, and you should not send us anything we have not asked for.
Who sees your documents
The translator assigned to your document, and the person who checks and certifies it. Nobody else. We do not sell, share or otherwise pass your documents to third parties, and we do not use them as samples or examples in any form, including on this website.
How long we keep them
We retain a copy of the source document and the translation for a limited period so that we can reissue or correct a certified translation if an authority queries it — which happens often enough to be worth planning for. After that period we delete them. You can ask us to delete your files sooner, at any point, and we will.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Contact us and we will action it. We will not ask you to justify the request.
Analytics
We use privacy-preserving analytics that set no cookies and do not track individuals across sites. That is why this site does not interrupt you with a consent banner — there is nothing to consent to.
